Once the “Single choice” question type is selected, a “Configuration” setting will be seen.
When this setting is selected, the question display type can be configured. Three display options are available:
- Radio buttons
- Dropdown
- Dropdown with search
Please note that when either of the dropdown display types is selected, all HTML tags are automatically stripped from the answer options. As a result:
- Images embedded in answer options will not be displayed
- Any custom formatting applied to answer options will not be visible
If answer options include images or specific formatting, a display type other than dropdown should be used.
Within the Configuration settings, the “Auto Click Next” functionality can be enabled.
When activated, this feature automatically advances the respondent to the next page immediately after an option is selected in a single select question.
Please note the following exceptions:
- If the question includes an “Other” option and the respondent selects it, the automatic advance will not be triggered.
- If the page contains multiple questions, the “Auto Click Next” functionality will not be enforced.
This ensures that respondents have the opportunity to complete all required inputs before proceeding.
