MONITOR THE PROGRESS
On the right side you can see several different tabs of which Statistics and Quotas are used most frequently.
- Survey rates, responses and quota progress are provided in real time.
- Quota limits can be updated during the fieldwork.
TARGET GROUP OVERVIEW
- At the main view all the target groups are listed. It is possible to duplicate an existing target group or change its status by clicking on an icon at the right side.
- If the project’s global complete limit is reached, the sampling will be paused. To update the limit, click “Edit” and write the new limit.
UPDATING RESPONDENTS' STATUSES
- After you check the data quality in the survey, the respondents’ statuses should be updated at the Respondents tab. For example, low quality completes to be changed to Quality terminate status.
- The statuses can be changed only before the target group is closed. The target group can be closed manually, or automatically after 10 days from being stopped.
