You can add new parameters to your URL in order to pass more values to the respondent link.
Click on "Add parameters" and you will see the following screen:
In the name section, you can assign the inner name for that variable, and in the url parameter the variable tag.
You can delete the additional parameters you added clicking on the trash bin icon.
