Randomization of pages

The randomization feature is used to show pages (questions) in a random order. 

Randomization of pages

In the Randomization tab:

1. Click "+Add block".

2. Click "Pages".

3. Select the pages that you need to randomize, and click "Save".

4. Change the toggle from "Off" to "On" for each page.

5. If necessary, use weights for Page1 and Page 2:

- leave the fields empty if all the pages should be randomized equally;

- put the weights if some page(s) should be shown earlier more often. In this example in 70% of cases Page 1 (with all its questions) will be shown first, and in 30% of cases Page 2 (with all its questions) will be shown first.

Randomization of blocks of pages

The randomization of blocks can be used to randomize the sets of questions. In this example two sets (blocks) of questions are created. The questions in the blocks are not randomized, but Block 1 and Block 2 are randomized.

In the Randomization tab:

1. Click "+Add block".

2. Click "Pages".

3. Select the pages that you need to put in the first block, and click "Save".

4. Click "+Add block".

5. Click "Pages".

6. Select the pages that you need to put in the second block, and click "Save".

7. Click "+Add block".

8. Click "Blocks".

9. Check "Block 1" and "Block 2", and click "Save".

10. Change the toggle from "Off" to "On" for Block 1 and Block 2.

11. If necessary, use weights for each block.
