- When removing a page, question, answer option, or condition (at either question or answer level), a confirmation dialog is displayed before the action is completed.
This safeguard ensures that items cannot be deleted unintentionally. The deletion will only proceed after explicit confirmation, preventing accidental removal caused by clicking “Delete” by mistake.
- If a page, question, answer option, or condition is deleted in a survey that already has live completes, a warning message is displayed.
The message informs that deleting the selected item will also remove the associated response data from the most recently published version of survey. This ensures full awareness of the impact on collected data before confirming the deletion.
- If deleting a page, question, or answer option affects conditions applied to subsequent questions, the confirmation dialog is displaying a list of the conditions that will also be removed as a result of the deletion.
This visibility ensures transparency regarding the impact on survey logic and helps maintain accurate routing and condition structures before confirming the action.
