Setting up a new survey is a straightforward process, once you enter the Survey initial screen click on the "New survey" button on the top left.
Once you click on the button you will enter the following screen:
The options above refer to the following:
Element | Description |
Name | This will be the name assigned to the survey in Syno Cloud. |
Template | You can find a series of ready-to-go templates, based on different companies or with sets of demographic questions (optional). |
Survey title for respondents |
Survey name that will be visible for respondents in the browser tab (optional). |
Company |
The company that the survey belongs to. |
Primary language | The main language of the survey. Reporting and data downloading will be set default to this language. |
Survey description | A description of the the survey that is visible to the Syno Cloud users, and not to the respondents (optional). |
Merge |
The new created survey can be merged with an an already existing one. |
Collect PII | Select this option as "yes", if the survey collects any personal identifiable information (name, email, phone number etc.). |
